On the ground floor of our terraced house is the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle, fridge, freezer), the guest toilet with small sink and window, living/dining room with 65 inch curved flat screen TV ( INTERNET TV WORLDWIDE!), (sleeping) couch, dining table with seating.
From here you have direct access to the lovingly planted garden including BBQ, pergola and spacious seating area.

On the 1st floor you will find the master bedroom with double bed and two mattresses (2x 90×200) facing the garden, an office with single bed (box spring bed ) and bathroom with shower/bathtub, WC, washbasin, washing machine and window.

The 2nd floor consists of a 40 sqm room, the second bedroom with king-size box spring bed, (sleeping) couch and two desks with chairs. The light-flooded room features large Velux windows and a flat-screen TV with DVD player. Attention: This TV does not yet offer cable reception and can only be used for watching DVD or TV streaming.

You will of course have good, free Wi-Fi reception throughout the accommodation.

Location:
A very quiet family residential area. MMC Studios are 5 minutes’ drive away. The nearest supermarket is 3 minutes away by car and can also be reached in 12 minutes on foot. The next tram line (number 5) runs without stopping within 15 minutes to the main station and Cologne’s Old Town. The stop is a 10-minute walk away.

Public transport:
The next tram line (number 5) takes you to the main station and Cologne’s Old Town within 18 minutes. The stop is an 11-minute walk away. You are welcome to use the two parking spaces, which are reserved exclusively for our guests, free of charge.
